Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from Precious Song. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

The service

Precious Song creates a personalized digital song from the brief submitted through the questionnaire. Creative results are interpretive. Minor differences in wording, structure, voice or musical treatment do not by themselves make an order defective.

We may use software-assisted and human-guided creative tools to produce and review the song.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to provide the names, memories, text and other material in your brief. You grant us permission to use that material only as needed to create, deliver, support and administer your order. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful material.

Personal-use licence

After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive right to download, keep and share the delivered song for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial distribution, resale, advertising use or claiming ownership of our production systems requires prior written permission.

Payment and delivery

Prices and the selected production window are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Delivery is digital and follows the Digital delivery policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
