Digital delivery policy

Precious Song sells personalized digital songs. No physical item is shipped.

Your order is delivered to the email address supplied at checkout. The selected production window begins after payment is confirmed and we have received a complete song brief. The offer page states whether the selected plan targets delivery within 24 hours with Express or within 3 days (72 hours maximum) with Standard.

Incomplete answers, an invalid email address, payment review, service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. If you have not received the order after the selected window, check your spam folder and contact hello@precious-song.com with your order number.
