Refund and cancellation policy

Each Precious Song song is made to order from the information supplied with the request.

Before production begins

You may request a cancellation before production has started by contacting hello@givelody.com. If production has not begun, we will cancel and refund the order.

After production begins

Because the song is personalized digital content, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are generally unavailable once production has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

Problems with an order

If a delivered file is inaccessible, materially different from the submitted brief, or otherwise defective, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the request and, when appropriate, correct, replace or refund the affected order.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
